The "IQT Shutdown Battery" is an option for IQT actuators that performs fail-safe operations in the event of a main power loss, regardless of whether it is in a hazardous or non-hazardous location. The fail-safe operation can be customized to suit your needs, with options to select from "fail close," "fail open," or "move to specified intermediate position."
